About Cotton Products and Printed Designs

  • Due to the nature of the fabric, small cotton flecks (such as dried fragments of cotton leaves, stems, or bolls), as well as airborne dust or fibers, may occasionally be present. This is a unique characteristic of organic cotton, which is hand-picked and processed without the use of chemicals to remove natural impurities.
  • Due to the nature of the fabric and production process, printed areas may show slight irregularities such as color variations, blurring, or fading. These are not stains or defects, but part of the product’s natural character.
  • In addition, during the manufacturing process, threads or fibers of a different color may occasionally become mixed into the fabric and appear on the surface. Because a variety of materials are handled in the factory, this is a natural occurrence that is difficult to avoid completely.

In an effort to reduce waste and be mindful of the environment, we sell these items as regular products.

These characteristics do not affect wearability, washing, or overall quality.

For this reason, items with these characteristics are not eligible for return or exchange.

If you are concerned about any of the above, we kindly ask that you refrain from placing an order.

About Sewing and Finishing

As all products are made by hand, there may be slight size variations of a few centimeters, as well as minor stitching irregularities or loose threads.

Please note that all items are shipped only after meeting our inspection standards. We kindly ask for your understanding before placing an order.

Returns and Exchanges

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for personal reasons.

However, if an item arrives with a clear defect, stain, or damage, we will accept a return or exchange for unused items only.

If you would like to request a return or exchange, please contact us through the “Contact” page on our website within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please note that we are unable to accept requests made after 7 days, so we kindly ask that you inspect your order promptly upon arrival.

If the item is confirmed to be defective, the return shipping cost will be covered by us.

Please note that if the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we may issue a refund instead. Thank you for your understanding.

About Orders

  • We are unable to accept cancellations once an order has been confirmed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
  • Because orders are automatically transmitted to our warehouse system once payment is completed, we are unable to combine multiple orders into a single shipment.
  • Please note that adding an item to your cart does not reserve stock. Your order is only confirmed once payment has been completed.

Delivery within Japan

Shipping fee: Flat rate of ¥900
Okinawa: Flat rate of ¥1,500

Free shipping is available for orders of ¥15,000 or more (tax included).

Delivery to Taiwan

Shipping fee: Flat rate of NT$560

Delivery to China

Shipping fee: Flat rate of RMB 85

Delivery to South Korea

Shipping fee: Flat rate of KRW 19,000

Delivery to the United States

Shipping fee: Flat rate of USD 35

These shipping fees include not only the delivery cost itself, but also related handling expenses such as item pickup from our partner warehouse, packing, and packaging materials.

In order to keep our product prices as accessible as possible, we do not include shipping costs in the product price and instead ask customers to cover them separately.

Standard Processing Time

Orders are usually shipped within 1 to 5 business days from the date of purchase.

  • Under our normal schedule, orders placed on weekdays or by Saturday morning are shipped the same day, while orders placed after that are shipped on the next business day.
  • During periods of high order volume, such as new product launches, or during extended holiday periods such as the New Year holidays or summer holidays, shipping may take longer than usual.
  • As shipping is handled by our partner warehouse, the shipping order may vary depending on the contents of each order. Thank you for your understanding.

Changes to the Shipping Address

If you need to change your shipping address due to an incorrect address or for any other reason, please use the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email sent after your order has been shipped and complete the address change directly with the carrier.

Gift Wrapping

If you would like gift wrapping, we kindly ask that you purchase a gift box together with your order.

For standard packaging, each item will be delivered in its individual plastic packaging and packed in a cardboard shipping box.

About Gift Boxes

  • Gift boxes cannot be purchased on their own. Due to system limitations, payment may still be processed for a gift box ordered by itself; however, because our partner warehouse is unable to ship gift boxes separately, such orders will be cancelled.
  • Up to two gift boxes may be purchased per order. Due to system limitations, payment may still be processed for orders of three or more gift boxes; however, because of carton size restrictions, such orders cannot be shipped and will be cancelled.
  • Each gift box can hold approximately 2 to 5 items. Please note that the actual capacity may vary significantly depending on the type and size of the items selected.
  • Due to system limitations, all items included in a single order will be packed into the same gift box. If your order also includes items for home use, those items will be packed together as well, so we kindly ask that you rearrange them yourself after delivery if necessary.
  • If all items in your order do not fit inside the gift box, any remaining items will be packed separately in the outer shipping carton.
  • If you choose to have a gift shipped directly to the recipient, please note that, due to system limitations, the purchaser’s name will not appear on the shipping label. If necessary, we kindly ask that you inform the recipient in advance.
